USC Offers Manchester Central DE Devon Smith
The University of Southern California has extended a Division I offer to Manchester Central's Devon Smith, a defensive end in the Class of 2025. Standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 235 pounds, Smith recorded 44 tackles and 12 sacks as a junior. He also participated in the NHIAA All-State game and was named to the All-Division I team. Smith holds offers from Boston College and UMass, and is expected to draw interest from other Power Five programs. With his impressive size and production, Smith is considered one of the top defensive line prospects in the Granite State. He will continue to hone his skills at Manchester Central's summer camp, where he will be one of the top players to watch. Smith's recruiting timeline remains fluid, with a decision likely to come in the fall, after he has completed his senior season.
