Noah Thompson Commits to UTSA Roadrunners

๐Ÿ“ Bedford BulldogsยทThursday, July 30, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

Bedford Bulldogs running back Noah Thompson, a Class of 2027 prospect, has committed to the University of Texas at San Antonio Roadrunners. The 5-foot-10, 185-pound back chose UTSA over other Division I offers. Thompson's commitment comes after a strong showing at the Roadrunners' summer camp, where he impressed coaches with his speed and agility. The Bedford Bulldogs' offense is expected to feature a multiple-set scheme, which aligns with UTSA's system under head coach Jeff Traylor. Thompson is projected to compete for playing time as a freshman, as the Roadrunners return only two scholarship running backs. UTSA's academic program, with a strong focus on business and engineering, also appealed to Thompson, who plans to study business in college. Thompson previously held a commitment to the University of New Hampshire, but decommitted after the Wildcats changed coaching staffs. He will join the Roadrunners in the summer of 2027.
