Devon Hall: The Transfer Who Stepped Up at St. Peter's Prep
Devon Hall's imposing frame and quick feet made him nearly unstoppable in the trenches last season, as he racked up 12 pancake blocks in the Marauders' final three games. The Class of 2026 lineman transferred to St. Peter's Prep from out-of-state, where he was largely an unknown quantity. However, the 6-foot-4, 280-pound tackle quickly earned a starting role on the Marauders' Non-Public A squad. Despite having no prior experience in the NJSIAA, Hall's athleticism and technique allowed him to seamlessly adapt to the team's system. As a result, he became a key factor in the Marauders' success, helping to pave the way for a potent rushing attack. Coming into the 2026 season, scouts will be watching to see if Hall can maintain his high level of performance and if he can continue to improve his pass-blocking skills, which will be crucial in the team's quest for a state title.
