Bergen Catholic Flag Prospects Eye NAIA Powerhouses at Camp Visit Opportunity
The Bergen Catholic Crusaders' budding flag football program is set to send local prospects to NAIA powerhouse camps this summer. Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, have extended invitations to the Crusaders' top flag players. The camps will provide a chance for the athletes to showcase their skills and learn from experienced coaches. Ottawa University, a national flag football powerhouse, offers up to 12 scholarships, while Keiser University has been actively recruiting top talent. The University of Nebraska, set to launch its inaugural NCAA D1 flag football program in 2028, has also been in touch with Bergen Catholic coaches. However, the NAIA programs offer immediate scholarship opportunities for local prospects. Interested flag players should reach out to Bergen Catholic coaches for more information on the camp visit opportunity.
