Clemson Offers Defensive Back Darius Walker of St. Peter's Prep
Clemson University has extended an offer to Class of 2025 safety Darius Walker of St. Peter's Prep Marauders in Non-Public A. Walker, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound defensive back, has been one of the top recruits in the Garden State this offseason. He recorded 45 tackles, 10 pass breakups and two interceptions as a junior. Walker also holds offers from Rutgers, Penn State and Michigan. The St. Peter's Prep standout has been a key contributor to the Marauders' secondary, helping the team reach the Non-Public A semifinals in 2023. As Walker continues to prepare for his senior season, he is expected to be one of the top defensive backs in the state. With his combination of size, speed and ball skills, Walker is a coveted recruit in the Class of 2025. Walker plans to make a decision on his college commitment by the end of the summer, with a final visit to Clemson scheduled for late August.
