Storm's Noah Allen: From ACL to Starting DE
Cleveland Storm defensive end Noah Allen is a force to be reckoned with on the gridiron, and his impressive stats from last season's 6A campaign only tell part of the story. Allen racked up 12 sacks, including a 4-sack performance against rival Rio Rancho Rams, leading the Storm to a 7-3 regular season record. But what's even more impressive is the path he took to get there. Allen suffered a season-ending ACL injury in his sophomore year, forcing him to spend the next 18 months in rehabilitation. His hard work paid off, as he earned a starting role as a junior and never looked back. Allen's speed off the edge and ability to read the opposing quarterback have scouts from top programs taking notice. They'll be watching to see how he adapts to new defensive schemes and whether he can maintain his level of production throughout the season.
