Reno Huskies Hire New Strength and Conditioning Coordinator
The Reno Huskies have announced the hiring of Alex Johnson as their new strength and conditioning coordinator. Johnson brings extensive experience working with high school athletes, having previously worked at several top programs in the state. The Huskies, who finished 4-6 in 2025 and are looking to bounce back in the competitive 5A Northern League, will rely on Johnson's expertise to improve their overall strength and conditioning. With a strong recruiting class on the horizon, Johnson's guidance will be crucial in helping the Huskies stay competitive with perennial powerhouses like Bishop Manogue and McQueen. Johnson will work closely with head coach Mike Smith to implement a comprehensive strength and conditioning program ahead of the August camp.
