Noah Taylor Commits to Baylor
Canandaigua Braves offensive lineman Noah Taylor has committed to Baylor University for the class of 2027. Taylor, a 6-foot-5, 270-pound prospect, chose the Bears due to their strong emphasis on the run game, aligning with his own playing style. Baylor's depth chart at tackle is expected to be competitive, with opportunities for Taylor to contribute early in his career. Additionally, the university's academic program in engineering, which aligns with Taylor's interests, was a major factor in his decision. Taylor previously held a commitment to the University of Pittsburgh but decommitted in April after re-evaluating his options. Baylor's coaching staff and the Bears' overall culture also played a significant role in Taylor's decision. Taylor is expected to be a key contributor on the Braves' line this fall and will look to make an immediate impact at Baylor.
