Aquinas Institute Hires Strength and Conditioning Coordinator
Aquinas Institute in Rochester has hired Ryan Thompson as its new strength and conditioning coordinator. Thompson brings experience working with college programs and will oversee the Little Irish's strength and conditioning program ahead of the August camp. The Little Irish finished 7-3 last season and are classified as AA. The addition of Thompson is expected to bolster the team's recruiting efforts, particularly in the weight room. With a strong foundation in place, Aquinas Institute is poised to make a push for the Section V championship. Thompson's expertise will also help the team prepare for the physical demands of the AA classification, where teams often feature larger and more athletic lineups. The Little Irish will look to build on last season's success under Thompson's guidance.
