Mentor Girls Flag Football Players Target Ottawa University, Keiser University Camps

As the inaugural 2028 season approaches, top girls flag football prospects in the Mentor area are eyeing opportunities at NCAA and NAIA powerhouse programs. The University of Nebraska, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, will offer 12 scholarships. Ottawa University, Kansas, a national flag football powerhouse, also offers up to 12 scholarships. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are actively recruiting flag football talent. UT Arlington, in development, does not yet offer scholarships. Local flag football players interested in exploring these opportunities can attend Ottawa University's or Keiser University's upcoming camps to showcase their skills and learn more about verified scholarship pathways. Prospects should register in advance to secure a spot.
