Massillon Tigers Break Ground on $3M Facility Upgrade

The Massillon Tigers, a perennial powerhouse in Division II, are taking a significant step forward with the groundbreaking of a $3 million facility upgrade. The program, which has won 20 state championships and boasts a 2022 record of 10-2, is investing in a state-of-the-art weight room, locker rooms and training facilities. The upgrade is expected to give the Tigers a competitive edge in recruiting, as they look to attract top talent in the region. 'This is a game-changer for our program,' said head coach Nate Moore. 'We're excited to provide our student-athletes with the best possible resources to help them succeed on and off the field.' The new facilities are set to be completed in time for the start of the 2026 season.
