Moeller LB Tyler Allen Makes History with Power 4 Offer
Tyler Allen, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker from Archbishop Moeller High School, has etched his name in Crusaders lore as the first player from the program to earn a Power 4 offer. In last season's Division I state semifinals, Allen recorded 12 tackles, including 3 for loss, in a 21-17 loss to St. Edward. The junior's impressive performance caught the attention of college scouts, who have been monitoring his progress throughout the offseason. As a member of the OHSAA's Division I, Region 2, Allen has been training with his teammates at the program's annual summer camp, fine-tuning his skills and building on his already impressive résumé.
