One drill that's gaining traction is the 'Chain Reaction' workout, designed to improve accuracy, decision-making, and pocket presence. The drill consists of 3 sets of 10 reps: (1) 10-yard pass to a stationary receiver, (2) 10-yard pass to a moving receiver, and (3) 10-yard pass under pressure (defender in the QB's face). Coaching cues include: 'Step into the throw,' 'Focus on your target,' and 'Keep your eyes up.'
