๐Ÿ“ Jenks TrojansยทFriday, July 17, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

As the OSSAA flag football pilot program expands, Jenks Trojans athletes are poised to capitalize on emerging scholarship pathways. The University of Nebraska, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, has announced its inaugural 2028 flag football season, offering opportunities for top talent. Ottawa University, Kansas, a national powerhouse, awards up to 12 scholarships annually. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are active recruiters in the flag football space. UT Arlington, in development, is expected to join the NCAA D1 ranks but has not yet begun offering scholarships. Jenks athletes can take concrete steps by researching these programs, attending summer camps, and building relationships with coaches. By doing so, they can position themselves for potential scholarship opportunities in the rapidly growing flag football landscape.
