The Bixby Spartans, a 5A powerhouse with a 2022 state title, are taking their program to the next level with a $1 million facility upgrade. The project, set to be completed by the start of the season, includes new locker rooms, a state-of-the-art weight room and upgraded practice fields. Spartans head coach Bret Landes said the new facilities will help attract top talent and give his team a competitive edge. With several key players returning, including quarterback Tyler Wilson, the Spartans are expected to be a top contender in 5A this season. The upgrade is a significant investment in the program, and Landes believes it will pay off on the field.
