Malik Robinson Commits to Kansas State
Lake Oswego Class of 2027 cornerback Malik Robinson has committed to Kansas State University. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound prospect chose the Wildcats over other Power Five offers from Oregon, Washington and Arizona State. Kansas State's 3-4 defensive scheme aligns with Robinson's skills, and he's expected to compete for a starting spot at cornerback. The Wildcats' strong academic program and research opportunities also appealed to Robinson, who maintains a 3.5 GPA. Robinson previously held offers from Oregon and Washington before decommitting in April. He then spent the spring evaluating other options before making his decision. Kansas State's commitment marks a significant addition to the Wildcats' secondary, which returns several key players from last season's roster. With his speed and agility, Robinson is expected to make an immediate impact in Manhattan, Kansas.
