Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed outward (30-degree angle). 2. Slowly lower body into a quarter squat, keeping back straight and core engaged. 3. Push through heels to return to the starting position. Coaches should emphasize maintaining a strong, upright posture and engaging the core throughout the movement.
