Malik Walker Commits to Kansas State
Coatesville Red Raiders linebacker Malik Walker has committed to Kansas State University. The 6-foot-1, 220-pound Class of 2025 prospect chose the Wildcats over offers from Temple and Buffalo. Walker's commitment comes after a productive summer camp period, where he impressed coaches with his athleticism and tackling ability. Kansas State's 3-4 defensive scheme is a good fit for Walker's skills, and he is expected to compete for a starting spot at inside linebacker. The Wildcats' academic program, which offers a strong business and engineering curriculum, also appealed to Walker. He previously held a commitment to Pittsburgh but decommitted in April. Walker's commitment to Kansas State brings the Wildcats' 2025 recruiting class to 10 players. He will officially sign with the program in the fall.
