Austin White Commits to Navy
Coatesville Red Raiders defensive end Austin White has committed to the United States Naval Academy, the school announced Thursday. White, a Class of 2026 standout, selected Navy over other Division I offers. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound prospect is expected to contribute immediately on the Midshipmen's defensive line, where he'll fit into a 3-4 scheme. With a strong senior season, White has the opportunity to start and make an impact in Navy's rotation. The Coatesville native cited the Naval Academy's strong academic program and commitment to developing leaders as key factors in his decision. White holds a 3.5 GPA and scored a 1080 on the SAT. He decommitted from Penn State in April after a coaching change. White will join a Navy team that finished 9-4 in 2025 and will look to make a strong push in the American Athletic Conference in 2026.
