Trevon Moore Commits to Kansas State
Coventry Oakers linebacker Trevon Moore has committed to Kansas State University, the school announced Wednesday. Moore, a Class of 2026 standout, chose the Wildcats over offers from several other Power Five programs. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker's decision to commit to Kansas State is largely due to the program's 3-4 defensive scheme, which aligns with his strengths as a pass-rushing outside linebacker. Moore also cited the Wildcats' depth chart opportunity, as he is expected to compete for a starting position immediately. Additionally, Moore was drawn to Kansas State's academic program, which offers a strong engineering curriculum that aligns with his interests. Moore had previously committed to another program, but reopened his recruitment in April. He is expected to enroll at Kansas State in the fall of 2026 and will be eligible to play immediately.
