Michigan Extends Offer to Top Safety Elijah Davis
The University of Michigan has extended a scholarship offer to Elijah Davis, a standout safety from Tollgate High School's Titans program in Warwick, Rhode Island. The Class of 2027 prospect stands 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 190 pounds, boasting a 4.5-second 40-yard dash time. Davis has also garnered interest from other top programs, including Boston College and UConn. As one of the top safety prospects in the region, Davis has been a key contributor to Tollgate's defense, recording 75 tackles and three interceptions in his sophomore season. With the offer from Michigan, Davis's recruitment has taken a significant turn. The Titans' standout is expected to visit Ann Arbor in August to get a closer look at the Wolverines' program. As the 2026 season approaches, Davis will continue to weigh his options and make a decision on his college future by the end of the year.
