Austin White Commits to Texas Tech

Dutch Fork Silver Foxes quarterback Austin White, a Class of 2027 prospect, has committed to Texas Tech University. The 5A standout, who holds a 3.5 GPA, cited the Red Raiders' pro-style offense as a key factor in his decision. White believes his skills will translate well to the scheme, and he's excited about the opportunity to compete for a starting role. The Silver Foxes' quarterback room is expected to be a strength this season, but White sees Texas Tech as a place where he can grow and develop his skills. White's commitment comes after a decommitment from Clemson in January, where he had initially committed as a sophomore. White plans to enroll early at Texas Tech and participate in spring practice in 2027.
