Devon Moore: The Stallion's New Ground Game Anchor
South Pointe Stallions' running back Devon Moore burst onto the scene last season, accumulating 1,234 yards on 193 carries with 17 touchdowns in his first year with the 4A Stallions. The Class of 2025 transfer from out-of-state Georgia, where he played for a 5A program, quickly earned the starting role and never looked back. Moore's impressive performance caught the attention of coaches and scouts alike, who praised his vision, elusiveness and ability to break tackles. His transfer to South Carolina was a significant move, as he left behind a more competitive SCHSL classification in Texas to join the SCHSL 4A ranks. Now, Moore is focused on building on his success and leading the Stallions to a championship title. Scouts are watching for Moore's ability to read defenses and make plays in space, as well as his development as a pass-catcher out of the backfield.
