Clemson Extends Offer to 11A QB Caleb Smith

Clemson has extended an offer to Tea Area's Caleb Smith, a top-ranked quarterback in the Class of 2026. Smith, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound signal-caller, has been one of the most sought-after prospects in South Dakota this summer. He boasts a 3.8 GPA and a 4.5 composite ACT score. On the field, Smith has led the Titans to a pair of state championship appearances and has thrown for over 5,000 yards in his high school career. In addition to Clemson, Smith has also received offers from Nebraska, Iowa State and Kansas State. Smith has stated that he plans to take official visits to all four schools before making a decision. He is currently narrowing down his list and is expected to commit by the end of the summer.
