Devon White Commits to UTSA
Brandon Valley Lynx kicker Devon White has committed to play for the University of Texas at San Antonio Roadrunners. The Class of 2027 standout, who has been a key contributor to the Lynx's 11AA team, will join UTSA's program in the fall of 2027. White's commitment to UTSA is a result of the school's strong kicking game, which features a scheme that aligns with his skills. He will have the opportunity to compete for a starting spot immediately, given the Roadrunners' current depth chart. Additionally, UTSA's strong academic program and location in San Antonio made it an attractive option for White. White had previously considered other Division I programs but ultimately chose to commit to UTSA. He will continue to train and prepare for the upcoming season at Brandon Valley's summer camp.
