Marcus Moore Commits to Navy

Harrisburg Tigers safety Marcus Moore has committed to play for the U.S. Naval Academy, the school announced Friday. Moore, a Class of 2025 standout, will join the Midshipmen as a preferred walk-on. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound defender will look to contribute to Navy's defensive backfield, which features a 3-4 scheme. Moore's athleticism and ball-hawking skills make him a good fit for the position. He will also have the opportunity to compete for playing time in a deep secondary. Moore was impressed by Navy's rigorous academic program and the opportunity to serve his country upon graduation. Moore previously committed to South Dakota State University in 2023 but reopened his recruitment in February 2024 and has since committed to Navy. Moore's commitment to Navy marks a significant addition to the Midshipmen's 2025 recruiting class.
