MBA Trojans Flag Football Prospect Gains Verified Interest from Nebraska, NAIA Programs
The MBA Trojans' flag football program is gaining national attention, with local standout athlete Emily Wilson drawing interest from top-tier programs. Wilson, a rising senior, has been identified by University of Nebraska's inaugural head coaches Liz and Katie Sowers as a potential recruit for the Cornhuskers' 2028 season. Additionally, Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, have also expressed interest in Wilson's skills. With up to 12 scholarships available at Ottawa University, Kansas, and active recruitment efforts from Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, Wilson is in a prime position to secure a NAIA scholarship. As UT Arlington continues to develop its NCAA D1 program, Wilson's recruitment process will be closely watched. To take advantage of these opportunities, Wilson is encouraged to create a highlight tape and contact the respective programs directly.
