Texas Offers 2025 DE Devon Jackson of Maryville Rebels

The Texas Longhorns have extended an offer to 6-foot-3, 220-pound defensive end Devon Jackson of the Maryville Rebels. Jackson, a rising junior in the Class of 2025, has been impressing scouts with his speed and agility, clocking a 4.7-second 40-yard dash time. He recorded 10 sacks and 25 tackles for loss as a sophomore, helping the Rebels reach the state playoffs. Jackson has also received offers from Tennessee, Vanderbilt and Kentucky. He is expected to attend the Nike Football Training Camp in July and will participate in the TSSAA's summer camp. Jackson's recruiting timeline has him eyeing official visits to Texas and Tennessee in the fall, with a possible commitment decision by the end of his junior year.
