Tyler Moore Commits to Navy
Tyler Moore, a 6A quarterback from North Shore High School, has committed to play for Navy. Moore, a Class of 2026 standout, chose the Midshipmen over other Division I offers. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound quarterback is a dual-threat signal-caller who excels in Navy's triple-option scheme. Moore's commitment fills a depth chart need at quarterback for the Midshipmen, who are looking to rebuild their offense. Moore cited Navy's strong academic program and opportunities for leadership development as key factors in his decision. Moore previously held offers from several Power Five programs, including Texas A&M and Oklahoma State, but ultimately chose to commit to Navy. Moore's commitment to Navy marks a significant addition to the Midshipmen's 2027 recruiting class. Moore will join the Navy football team in the summer of 2027 and begin his freshman season in the fall of that year.
