Oklahoma Extends Offer to DeSoto LB Trevon Jackson

The University of Oklahoma has extended a scholarship offer to Trevon Jackson, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker from DeSoto High School. Jackson, a rising senior in the Class of 2025, has been a key contributor to the Eagles' defense, recording 75 tackles and 12 sacks in his junior season. He has also been recognized as a 2024 Under Armour All-American and a 2024 USA Today All-Texas first-team selection. In addition to Oklahoma, Jackson has received offers from Texas A&M, Baylor and SMU. He is expected to attend the 2024 Under Armour All-American Game and the 2024 Army All-American Bowl. Jackson's recruiting timeline is expected to heat up in the coming months, with a decision potentially coming in the spring of 2024.
