The University of Georgia Bulldogs have extended a scholarship offer to DeShawn Davis, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker from Bingham High School's Class of 2027. Davis is considered one of the top defensive prospects in the state, boasting a 4.6 40-yard dash time and 25 bench press reps. He has also garnered interest from other Power Five programs, including Utah, Oregon, and Arizona State. The Miners' star linebacker has already accumulated 120 tackles and 10 sacks in his sophomore season, earning him a spot on the All-State team. With the offer from Georgia, Davis' recruiting timeline is heating up. He plans to attend Georgia's summer camp in late July and will likely make his decision by the start of his junior season.
