Carson Jackson Commits to Air Force Academy
Corner Canyon Chargers linebacker Carson Jackson has committed to play football at the Air Force Academy. The Class of 2026 standout will join the Falcons' defense, which employs a 3-4 scheme that should play to his strengths. Jackson's commitment to Air Force comes after a thorough evaluation of his options, including a decommitment from Utah State in April. He cited the academy's strong academic programs and the opportunity to play for a top-notch coaching staff as key factors in his decision. Jackson is expected to contribute immediately, potentially at the weak-side linebacker spot. He was a key member of the Chargers' defense last season, recording 75 tackles and 5 sacks. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker will look to build on his impressive prep career at the next level.
