Cameron Williams Commits to Baylor University

Cameron Williams, a 6-foot-4 tight end from Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, has committed to Baylor University. Williams, a member of the Class of 2025, chose the Bears over other Power Five offers. The Oscar Smith Tigers standout will join a Baylor program that has consistently utilized a pro-style offense, a scheme that plays to his strengths as a blocker and receiver. Williams projects to compete for playing time immediately, with the opportunity to contribute in a variety of roles. Baylor's academic program, which offers a range of undergraduate and graduate degree options, was also a factor in Williams' decision. He previously held a commitment to the University of Virginia, but reopened his recruitment in April.
