Notre Dame Offers Darius Wilson, 4A Quarterback Prospect
Notre Dame has extended an offer to Darius Wilson, a highly touted quarterback prospect from Salem High School in Virginia. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Wilson, a member of the Class of 2025, has been impressing college scouts with his impressive arm strength and accuracy. In his junior season, Wilson threw for 2,500 yards and 25 touchdowns, leading the Spartans to a 9-3 record. Wilson has also received offers from Virginia Tech and Wake Forest, and is expected to draw interest from other Power Five programs. Wilson participated in the VHSL's annual quarterback camp last summer, where he showcased his skills in front of college coaches. With the start of the new high school season just around the corner, Wilson's recruitment is expected to heat up in the coming weeks and months, with a decision likely to be made in the spring of 2025.
