Devon Moore Commits to Air Force Academy
Salem Spartans cornerback Devon Moore has committed to the United States Air Force Academy for the Class of 2031. The 4A standout, set to graduate in 2027, chose the Falcons over other service academy offers. Moore cited the Air Force's emphasis on speed and agility in its defensive scheme as a key factor in his decision. He also praised the Falcons' depth chart opportunity at cornerback, where he expects to compete for a starting role. Additionally, Moore was drawn to the Air Force's rigorous academic program, which he believes will prepare him well for a future in the military or beyond. Moore was previously committed to the University of Virginia, but reopened his recruitment in May. He is the first commitment for the Falcons' Class of 2031 recruiting class.
