Penn State Offers D-III WR Austin Harris
Penn State has extended a scholarship offer to Fair Haven Slaters wide receiver Austin Harris, a Class of 2027 prospect. Harris stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 180 pounds, with a 4.5-second 40-yard dash time. He recorded 54 receptions for 734 yards and 10 touchdowns as a sophomore. Harris has also received offers from Boston College and Rutgers. The Slaters' top target has also drawn interest from Virginia Tech and Pittsburgh. Harris plans to attend Penn State's summer camp in July and will continue to weigh his options. He is expected to make a decision by the end of the summer, with a possible commitment in early August. Harris' recruitment has been closely watched, given his impressive performance on the field and his potential to make an immediate impact at the next level.
