Fair Haven Slaters Quarterback Tyler White Commits to UTSA
Tyler White, a Class of 2026 quarterback from Fair Haven High School, has committed to play for the University of Texas at San Antonio Roadrunners. White, a standout signal-caller in the Vermont high school ranks, chose UTSA for its Air Raid offense, which aligns with his strengths as a dual-threat quarterback. The Roadrunners' depth chart at quarterback is expected to be competitive, but White believes his skills and experience make him a strong fit for the program. Additionally, UTSA's academic programs in business and kinesiology caught White's attention, and he plans to pursue a degree in one of these fields. White had previously considered other Division I programs, but ultimately chose UTSA for its unique blend of athletic and academic opportunities. This commitment marks a significant milestone in White's high school career, and he looks forward to contributing to the Roadrunners' success in the near future.
