As the 2026 recruiting cycle heats up, prospects from the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles are taking notice of the University of Nebraska's inaugural 2028 flag football season. Coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, the first female head coaches at a Power 5 school, are building a program from the ground up. For Graham prospects, this means new scholarship opportunities. Nebraska will offer up to 12 full-ride scholarships, making it a prime destination for top talent. Meanwhile, Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, continue to offer significant scholarship packages. Midland University, Nebraska, also remains an active recruiter. As the Eagles prepare for their own season, prospects would be wise to start researching Nebraska's program and reaching out to the coaching staff. With the 2028 season on the horizon, now is the time to get ahead of the curve.
