Carson Robinson Commits to Baylor
Brookfield Central Lancers running back Carson Robinson has committed to Baylor University. The Class of 2026 standout chose the Big 12 program over other Power Five offers. Baylor's offense, which features a dynamic passing attack, is expected to be a good fit for Robinson's skills. The Bears' depth chart at running back is open, providing an opportunity for Robinson to contribute immediately. Academically, Baylor's business program aligns with Robinson's interests. Robinson had previously committed to Wisconsin before decommitting in April. He cited a desire to explore other options as the reason for the change. At 5-foot-10, 190 pounds, Robinson is a versatile back with the ability to make plays in both the running and passing game. He is expected to be a key contributor for the Lancers this fall.
