Cameron Harris Commits to SMU

Cameron Harris, a 5A Class of 2026 offensive lineman from Kaukauna, has committed to play for the SMU Mustangs. Harris, who stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 275 pounds, was a key contributor for the Kaukauna Ghosts, earning All-Conference honors in 2024. SMU's pro-style offense aligns with Harris's skillset, allowing him to showcase his strength and agility in the trenches. The Mustangs' depth chart at left tackle is expected to be competitive, providing Harris with an opportunity to earn significant playing time. SMU's strong academic program also appealed to Harris, who maintains a 3.5 GPA. Harris previously committed to Wisconsin in 2024 but decommitted in February 2026 to explore other options.
