This summer, Brookfield Central Lancers running backs can improve their speed and agility with the 'L-Cone Weave' drill. Set up three cones in an L-shape, with the top cone 10 yards from the starting point. Perform 3 sets of 10 reps, alternating feet through the weave. Coaching cues include 'quick feet' and 'stay low.' As the player navigates the weave, focus on explosive acceleration and deceleration.
