Muskego Girls Flag Football Prospects Eye Nebraska's 2028 Inaugural Season

As the University of Nebraska prepares to launch its inaugural girls flag football program in 2028, prospects from the Muskego Warriors are taking notice. Coaches Liz and Katie Sowers are building a powerhouse program in the Big Ten Conference. Muskego athletes who excel in flag football can now pursue a scholarship opportunity at Nebraska. Additionally, Ottawa University, Kansas, offers up to 12 NAIA scholarships, while Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are also active recruiters. For Muskego flag football standouts, this means opportunities for growth and development. Athletes can begin preparing for the 2028 season by attending summer camps and showcases, and by maintaining strong grades and academic records. By doing so, they can increase their chances of securing a scholarship at Nebraska or another participating school.
