Set 1: 10-yard sprint with a 180-degree cut to the left. Set 2: 10-yard sprint with a 180-degree cut to the right. Set 3: 10-yard sprint with a 45-degree cut to the left and a 45-degree cut to the right. Coaching cues: 'Quick feet, explosive acceleration, and sharp cuts.'
