Natrona County Mustangs quarterback Caleb Anderson has committed to play for the TCU Horned Frogs. The 2025 prospect chose TCU over other Power Five offers, citing the Horned Frogs' Air Raid offense as a perfect fit for his skills. Anderson expects to compete for a backup role behind starter Max Abbott, who is entering his senior season. The Horned Frogs' strong academic program and reputation for developing quarterbacks also played a significant role in Anderson's decision. Anderson initially committed to the University of Wyoming in June 2023 but decommitted in January 2024 to explore other options. He spent the past year attending camps and showcases, earning multiple Power Five offers.
