As the popularity of collegiate flag football continues to rise, Michigan high school football programs are taking notice. With the University of Michigan and Michigan State University both investing in flag football programs, local coaches are seeing an increase in student-athletes opting for the non-contact sport. 'It's a concern for us,' Stevens said. 'We need to adapt and find ways to keep our top talent in traditional football programs.'
