The transfer portal trend sweeping college football has Texas high school coaches on high alert. With top prospects like quarterback Tyler Jackson from Katy's Tompkins High School and dual-threat QB, Isaiah Garcia from El Paso's Coronado High School, drawing attention from top programs, local coaches are scrambling to prepare their players for the next level.
