Shiloh Christian Saints Flag Footballers Eye Expanded Scholarship Opportunities in Texas
As the AAA flag football pilot district expansion takes shape, aspiring gridiron stars at Shiloh Christian Saints are zeroing in on verified scholarship pathways. The Saints' girls flag football program has been a staple in 4A competition, and with the AAA's initiative, Texas athletes now have more opportunities to take their skills to the next level. The University of Nebraska, set to launch its inaugural 2028 season, is a Power 4 school with a strong commitment to women's football, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers. Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, are also actively recruiting talented flag football players. Midland University, Nebraska, offers up to 12 scholarships for deserving athletes. Meanwhile, UT Arlington is developing its NCAA D1 program, although scholarships have not yet been announced.
