Jalen Young Commits to Air Force

Serra Cavaliers offensive lineman Jalen Young has committed to Air Force for the Class of 2027. Young, a 6-foot-4, 290-pound prospect, chose the Falcons due to their emphasis on developing linemen in a pro-style offense. Air Force's depth chart at left tackle is expected to be competitive, and Young believes he can contribute immediately. The school's rigorous academic program also appealed to Young, who maintains a 3.8 GPA. This marks Young's second commitment, as he previously pledged to San Jose State before decommitting in May. Throughout the summer, Young has participated in Air Force's football camp, where he has had the opportunity to work with the coaching staff and develop his skills.
