Austin Allen Commits to Arkansas
Servite Friars tight end Austin Allen has committed to the University of Arkansas for the Class of 2027. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound prospect chose the Razorbacks over offers from Oregon State and Washington State, citing a desire to play in a pass-happy offense that suits his skills. Allen is expected to compete for a spot on the depth chart at tight end, a position that has been a key component of Arkansas' offense in recent years. The Servite standout also praised the university's academic program, noting that it will provide him with a strong foundation for his future. Allen had previously committed to Oregon State but decommitted in May, opting to explore other options that better aligned with his athletic goals. He is expected to enroll at Arkansas in the summer of 2027 and participate in the team's summer camp.
