Marcus Harris Commits to Iowa State
Pomona Panthers wide receiver Marcus Harris has pledged to continue his football career at Iowa State University. The 5A standout, who hails from the Class of 2025, made the decision after a thorough evaluation of his options. Harris cited the Cyclones' offense as a key factor in his commitment, noting the program's emphasis on vertical passing and its potential to showcase his skills. He also expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to compete for a starting role, given the current depth chart. Additionally, Harris praised Iowa State's academic program, which he believes will provide him with a solid foundation for his future. Harris had previously committed to another program, but ultimately decided that Iowa State was the best fit for his athletic and academic goals. He is expected to enroll at Iowa State in the fall of 2025 and participate in the team's summer camp.
